Successful Interviewing for Recruitment purposes is quite an art….. not just in conducting the interview itself, but also in doing the right preparations (role analysis, core competencies, appropriate job advertisements, questions etc) to ensure the whole recruitment process is a success. This course helps participants prepare for, conduct and evaluate a recruitment interview. CV’s, resumes and the importance of reference checks are explored, along with induction techniques and ways to help successful applicants quickly become ‘part of the team’.
