Learning to communicate in an assertive way is a crucial step towards building rewarding relationships in all areas of our personal and professional lives. The key to Assertion is respect – respect for ourselves, and for the rights of other people. Participants will learn practical ways to say no, to handle criticism and how to demonstrate this "I'm OK, you're OK" approach in various problem-solving and conflict resolution situations. |
